A British citizen by the name of Michael was fined £60 for cleaning his nose in the car he was driving. Michael says that he had a running nose and he stopped his car at the side to clean it with his handkerchief. A police van came from behind and fined him. Micahel refused to pay the fine and the matter has gone to the courts.
